How to register multiple product models under the same order?
The same order can be registered multiple times, but the same SN can only be registered once. You can select the corresponding product model and fill in the corresponding product SN.
Can I register for warranty service on the official website if I purchased my LiTime battery from another channel?
Yes, you can enjoy the registered warranty service no matter you purchase LiTime products through other online channels. Please note that purchases through offline channels are not supported at the moment. However, you can still contact our customer service for product warranty service.
