Warranty policy

1. Limited Warranty

LiTime warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the LiTime product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth LiTime's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of installation or receipt by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

3. Refund

LiTime offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the LiTime website and LiTime's Amazon Store. Customers who purchased from retailers or channels other than the LiTime website or LiTime Amazon store and wish to return their product for a refund should first review the return and refund policy of the respective retailer. For further questions or assistance, please contact our customer support team at service@litime.com and provide your order details. Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

You can initiate the return by reaching out to our customer support team at service@litime.com, and provide your order information, product serial number, reasons for return, and photos or videos showing the defects. Please do not ship any return items to us without first initiating a return request.

Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition. For items returned not in their original condition, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

LiTime will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defect product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In order to avoid any trouble caused by the package when you return it, it is recommended that you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days.

Once LiTime receives your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.

4. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@litime.com

5. Return & Refund Conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, LiTime reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that LiTime does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom-configured or branded to your specifications.

Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

6. Repair or replacement

LiTime will repair, at LiTime's expense, any LiTime product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. For any unrepairable product, LiTime will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties.

A 90-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received. Repaired/Replaced products will be covered by either the original warranty period or the repair warranty, whichever is later.

Replacements may be refurbished but will be functionally equivalent to the original item.

7. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on LiTime's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

8. Exclusions

LiTime's warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in LiTime's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
  • Any product purchased through an online auction house.
  • LiTime's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 3 months.
