The communication was very fluent and good and at the most 1 day turnaround in time. I can say that I am very happy with making this purchase and mostly because of the support I have gotten so far. The battery is great and the Bluetooth app is very helpful in monitoring the status of it. It has a capability to turn off the possibility of "discharging" the battery, which works like a virtual kill switch.
I bought the LiTime 12V (14.6V) 10A Lithium Battery Charger IP65 (Waterproof), but I wish there was a 20A version as well that was waterproof.

Fairly light weight at 80 lbs. Only took about a day to fully charge with solar panels, and it runs my 3000 W inverter with no issues. 400ah is well worth getting instead of 4-100ah batteries connected together due to less wiring and possible loose connections. Highly recommend.
